-Overview-

The GCIS is the larger of the two human powers and one of the two heirs to the first major power encountered by the early Ruz’kahni Directorate. They are powerful technologically and in controlled territory and possess a dangerous fondness of artificial intelligences. They have recently been split in half by a phenomenon known as a civil war, a peculiar event as officially they were a decentralized authority and had a provision for legal secession.

-Current Relations-

The Council has determined that humanity are foolish beasts and a naturally servile species and should be marked for future re-organization as servants. Our venerable allies among the Celleni prefer a cool, but friendly relation for trade and advise that the human tendency to split and fracture naturally holds them back. The Directorate as a whole has been chilling its relations with the GCIS after the shattering of their unity in recent decades.

-Technology-

The human technological base relies on kinetic slugthrowers via self-contained combustible payloads. Both their small arms and large-scale weapons prefer these caseless projectiles. Our scientists have determined that while effective, they are dirty and heat inefficient. A final note involves their usage of precursor graverobbed technologies for nearly all of their technological advancements since their 22nd century.
